Closed loop extraction requires recovering your butane or propane solvent and chilling vapor during the distillation of your solvent. With our custom designed butane and propane recovery skid, clients are able to increase their surface area with a jacketed heat exchange system that is designed for efficiency. This unit comes with standard 1/2" sanitary fittings, in addition to a jacket made for counter flow chilling. More importantly, this heat exchanger skid utilizes both surface area and gravity to increase condensation and then flow into your solvent tank during the recovery stage in butane extraction.
